This Day will have people participating from Latvia to Libya and from Brazil to Bolivia, this distinctive event has made its mark by embracing the cultural diversity so evident in our Country today.

Working hand in hand with charities that help with social intergration such as An Doras Luimni, Paul Partnership and schools such as the Limerick Language Centre, the majority of the teams are from the country they represent but there are many locals that also take part for the sheer enjoyment including restaurants, bars, professional chefs and amateur chefs.
